Supply dates you want home, arrival date and departure date. She will verify rate and charge as shown.
Supply Credit Card or other method of payment, she will need 50% charged now if within 60 days (less if far in advance) balance two weeks before arrival.
$500 damage deposit, two weeks before move in. This is normally just a hold on credit card $500. If all okay when you leave, (such as refrigerator still there etc.) we remove hold. No money on credit card damage deposit would have ever changed hands.
That's it...Missy will mail you the paper work.
When you arrive (anytime of day or night) we will have told you in advance where on property to find key.
Open door, move in. Have a happy stay!
We will supply several phone numbers and instructions to reach us any time of night or day if any problem.
Instructions in home will tell you were to leave key and garage door opener on premises when leaving.
